YT Series pots are among the most useful and best-selling products.

Since it is made of 2.55 mm thick solid copper and finely hammered down to the smallest corner, it provides equal heat distribution and there are no dead angles thanks to its rounded corners. They are also very hard and sturdy.

These are the best pans for professionals and curious amateurs alike.

All workmanship is done entirely by hand and cold hammering. There is no mechanical work or pressing process.

Available Lineage Handles :

Our patented Soyactite bronze alloy is carefully polished by our craftsmen from the jewelery background. This ensures a lifetime of use.

These handles are mounted to the main body with 6 rivets made of white copper and are incredibly durable, yet they can be easily removed by us when maintenance is required.

The bronze alloy (Soyactite) we use was developed in-house in 2012 and is extremely different from its Western European counterparts.

In Western Europe, a highly conductive brass or bronze aluminum alloy is usually used. The one we use is extremely hard and insulating; This provides 5 times better performance than cast iron.

Every professional product we produce also comes with a hand-stamped serial number. This gives us information, even in the future, about when the product was produced and to whom it was sold. It also allows us to track each product through our system.

We offer two options for plating.

Tin Plating : It is plated by hand and lasts for several years. If it is sent to our factory, free maintenance is provided. Examine the warranty card and do not lose it to benefit from maintenance.

Silver plating: It is 15 micron coating and lasts a lifetime. If it is sent to our factory, free maintenance is provided. Examine the warranty card and do not lose it to benefit from maintenance.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

YT6 and YT10 are a “Mini” product and are generally used for presentation.

Do not use metal utensils or scratch your Soy as this will remove the coating.

Hand wash your Soy and do not put it in the dishwasher.

Use mild dishwashing detergent and do not use the metal sponge or the green side of the sponge.

Do not use the products in the microwave, after all, copper and silver are metals!

Care:

Given the nature of the metal, both copper and silver will change color and darken with use and when in contact with air, water, and acidic compounds.

This is completely normal and does not affect the cooking properties.

It is still safe to use and there are no health risks.

If you want to return them to their original state, rub your Soy with a lemon cut in half and top with table salt or baking soda.

Rinse with warm water, pat dry and voila!

As with cast iron pans, a light coating of oil before storage will protect it over time.

This method works on both copper and silver.

You can also clean products with ash (cigarette ash, fireplace ash, etc.).

You can also always use food-grade silver polish.

We recommend brands like Hagerty or Goddard's.
