PST- Hanging Bain-marie Pan
Dear Soy customers,
Introducing the best Hanging Bainmarie Pan
Soy PST class Bain-marie Pans, with their more refined and more functional designs patented by us, are more durable and harder than their European counterparts.
With this product, you will enjoy making desserts and candies either over direct fire or over steam.
As many of our professional customers can happily tell you, they perform their duties ideally and outshine all their competitors in the market in every respect.
Since the designs have been carefully studied, there are no dead angles or edges, which makes mixing and scraping extremely easy.
The production process is carried out entirely by hand and cold forging. No press or machinery is used.
Existing Soy Handles - our patented Sand-Cast Solid Bronze alloy is carefully polished by our craftsmen coming from the jewelery background. This ensures a lifetime of use.
These handles are mounted to the main body with 7 rivets made of solid white copper and are incredibly durable, yet can be easily removed by us when maintenance is required.
The bronze alloy we use (Soyactite) was developed in-house in 2012 and is extremely different from its Western European counterparts. In Western Europe, a highly conductive brass or bronze aluminum alloy is usually used. The one we use is extremely hard and insulating, which provides 5 times better performance than cast iron._
Ideal for both professionals and curious amateurs.
In addition, thanks to the patented triple prong design, the handle heats up much more slowly than the cast iron handles of Belgian and French-made pans. Under industrial fire it takes 5 or 6 times longer to reach uncomfortable temperatures compared to a product of the same volume from its French competitor.
All models of PST are produced with a long handle, and at the same time, there is a small bronze hook on the end, with which you can attach and fix it to the other pot while making a bain-marie.
