AustraliaProduct is incredible but I had 2 issues with shipping. They didn’t ship within time frame at purchase, which I needed to chase. Upon shipping they only shipped 1/3 of my order which meant I needed to follow up again. They responded to my inquiries quickly and were apologetic but it was a hassle.
United StatesI ordered a sauce pan, expecting that by reputation it would be of good quality and hand made. When I received my sauce pan I must say that my expectations were shattered. The Soy Türkiye pan brushed aside all previous experience and showed me precisely what a fine piece of cookware should be. The moment I held it in my hand, felt it's perfect weight and workmanship, my experience if fine cookware was forever changed. This is not by any means an exaggeration, this is simply an experience of stunning quality.
